Hollyhock House is a 100 year old country house that has recently been renovated.
Secluded from the street and neighborhood by mature cedars, spruce, birch and ash trees, the property is surrounded by flower beds – more each year!
The land slopes gently down from the road so the views from any part of the lawn and the sun porch are attractive and interesting.
Brooksville is a mecca for hiking, kayaking, sailing, bicycling, fresh and salt-water swimming, artist’s studios and restaurants and much more.
There are several public access docks and boat launching areas and lots of opportunities for boat excursions. It is a growing center for organic farming, cheese and bread making.
Brooksville is incredibly beautiful in all seasons.
