Seasmoke is located on Newbury Neck in Surry midway between Mt. Desert and Blue Hill peninsula.
The cottage is situated in the woods facing a private Har-Tru tennis court.
A large deck surrounds two sides of the cottage where you will find it easy to relax on the lounge chairs or enjoy a meal outdoors under the patio umbrella.
It is only a short walk to your private picnic spot on the shore of Morgan Bay
or visit Carrying Place Beach, a terrific swimming beach only 500 feet away.


The kitchen has lots of cabinets filled with all the essentials necessary including a brand new refrigerator.
The dining area opens into the charming living room where you can cozy up by the fireplace
or enjoy one of the many paperback novels, videos or games.

Cottage Amenities

There are three lovely bedrooms.
The master is downstairs and has a queen size bed.
A large loft-like upstairs is divided into two sections separated by closets and a stairwell.
One side has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.
There is one bathroom downstairs with a walk-in tile shower.

Seasmoke Cottage sleeps 6 guests.
Children are welcome.
