Quiet Harbor
is a gorgeous, deep water, shorefront property in the town of Brooksville.
This farm house was built in the 1920's and updated and expanded in 1980.
Next to the Main House is a lovely Guest Cottage. The homes are situated on
13 acres of woods off the Eggemoggin Reach.
The kitchen
is fully equipped and especially bright and airy.
The dining room offers plenty of seating and wonderful views of the waterfront.
Sunlight floods
every room. This home is beautifully appointed throughout.
Unwind in the open living room or settle in on the charming, cozy porch.
The second
floor has three bedrooms with queen size beds. A sun porch off one bedroom
has a twin bed.
There are two full bathrooms on this floor and one powder room on the first
floor.
The third
floor has two lovely bedrooms. One has a full size bed and the other a single.
There is
one bedroom with a set of twin beds and one full bath. The Guest Cottage sleeps
2 guests.

Cottage has a family room with a fireplace and a kitchenette.
