The Old School at Petit Manan Point is located on 1.75 acres with 350 feet of sandy and rocky shore on a deep water bay. The cottage has 25 feet if continuous windows overlooking Pigeon Hill Bay,
Bois Bubert Island and Petit Manan lighthouse.


Tastefully appointed throughout with a 100 channel satellite television for those rare occasions when you can tear yourself away from the spectacular scenery and quiet tranquility of Petit Manan.

Cottage Amenities

The cottage has a double bed in the master bedroom on the first floor and two twin beds in a second floor bedroom.
There is also a queen-size pullout couch in the Great Room.
There is one full bathroom on the main floor.

The Old School sleeps 4-6 guests.
