This custom built post and beam ocean front home is bright and sunny
and has every modern convenience.

There are four wonderfully appointed bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a full bathroom and there is another full bath on the first floor.
Birchwood sleeps 8 guests.
Children twelve or older are welcome.
