This delightful cottage is set on the edge of the Benjamin River and offers great views of Eggemoggin Reach . Windjammers routinely sail past the cottage and several come into the Benjamin for an overnight anchorage. This view to the west has incredible sunsets.
There is a mooring available for an additional cost.


The kitchen has a new stove and refrigerator.
There is a separate dining room with a lovely table for four.
