There are two cozy bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two twins. There is one full bathroom with a stall shower.

Rhodes Cottage is located on beautiful Donnell Pond in Franklin.
Nestled on the narrow head of the pond, this cottage sits 75 feet from the shore.
The pond widens out to a panoramic view of Schoodic, Black and Caribou Mountains.
Donnell Pond is a boater's and angler's dream. Cruise out to two sandy beaches or cast out a line in search of togue, perch, bass and salmon. There are many hiking trails to explore and Franklin is only 45 minutes from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

The living area is comfortable and spacious.
Many windows throughout flood the cottage with warm sunlight and cool lake breezes.
