Booking Procedures

The cottage rental amounts vary, depending on location, size and amenities. For all cottages, there is a $135.00 administrative fee, a non-refundable cleaning fee and Maine State Sales and Lodging tax of 8%. All cottages require a refundable security deposit.

Upon acceptance of the cottage rental request, we will forward a Summer Lease Agreement to you. This should be signed and returned to us along with a portion of the total amount due. Balance must be received 60 days prior to your rental date.

Only when we have received the signed Agreement and checks, can we then hold the cottage for your use during the specified dates.

If your application is made within 4 weeks of the start of your rental period, the total amount is due immediately. All payments that are made within 2 weeks of the rental period start date must be paid by certified check or money order.

Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
